25th July 2012 Come Dine With Me-The Nightmare Begins
BELOW IS A TRUE AND ACTUAL ACCOUNT OF MY NIGHTMARE WEEK WHILST FILMING COME DINE WITH ME.
TO THE OUTSIDE WORLD I LOOKED LIKE I WAS HAVE THE TIME OF MY LIFE, BUT LITTLE DID ANYONE KNOW THAT I SUFFERED IN SILENCE MORE EMOTIONAL ABUSE FROM EMEY. ALL BECAUSE I WAS IN THE PROFESSIONAL COMPANY OF FEMALES, WHICH I HAD NO SAY IN AS THE PROGRAM WAS TO MIX MALES AND FEMALES TOGETHER FOR A REALITY TV SHOW, NOTHING MORE NOTHING LESS.
In July 2011 I was approached by channel 4 and asked if I would like to appear on a reality program called Come Dine With Me, to which I agreed, upon talking to Emey about this, at first she was ok but upon watching the program soon stated that she was not happy and did not want me to do the filming, I didn’t agree with my Emey as to me this was an opportunity of a life time, to be on prime time TV for 5 nights is something that does not come my way every day, in fact this was the 1st and only time it has and I really wanted to do it. After 2 weeks Emey came round and started to be supportive until Monday at 5.30pm.
Come Dine With Me, which I had to film for 5 days with 4 other contests. For on average 8 hours a night. 3 of the other guests were females. Up until 5.30pm on Monday Emey was kind of supportive and comfortable that I was being filmed for a reality TV program, however on Monday 25th July 2012 at 5.30pm Emey who was watching the contestants arrive from a neighbour’s home, saw RED, as the other Contestants who were women arrived one by one.
For the next 5 days my now estranged wife treated me so bad it was horrible and the worse thing was she never told me WHY until 5 days later on Saturday 30th July 2011.
I had to go to work at 9am every morning, leave in the afternoon at 2.30pm, go to different daily locations to be filmed reading other contestants menu’s, go home to get ready for 6pm when a Taxi would collect and take me to the other contestants home to be filmed for several hours getting home at around 3am. All this time Emey would not talk or speak to me other than via her mobile phone to text me and question me.
Emey would via TEXT only, question me as to what time I was coming home, what went on, who did I talk to, who’s house am I at but would not talk to me in person.
When the filming of Come Dine With Me finished on Saturday morning at around 2am, Emey told me on Saturday 30th July at around 4.45pm in her car in the parking area of our local park that the only way she could cope with her insecurities was to totally switch off from me as if I did not exist.
During that weekend we both argued via text as I could not believe how badly she treated me that whole week, even though I was so upset and asked to be left alone several times, Emey continued to harass, pester and verbally abuse me and with text messages until I gave in and had to speak to her.
The arguments continued during the next few weeks after the show, as I Had befriended the only other male contestant on Come Dine With Me. He was like myself a DJ and had a passion for playing music and invited me to meet up with him for a beer and a chat while he was DJ-ing at a venue in CRaydon. Upon explaining this to Emey about meeting up with this person, Emey was not happy at all about this and make several requests to come along with me. I wanted to meet him by myself as even though we spent 5 days filming together, we had not actual got to know each other and I just wanted to spend an hour or 2 chilling with him. This caused no ends of arguments which after meeting with him 3 times I stopped because it was too stressful and I could not deal with the arguments.

Emey -“I no you were only trying to make it easier for me this morning and i do appreciate that,i will get my head around it,and want to help you and i am pleased for you,i actually like the programme,maybe you will let me help you when you are practicing,yes i will do dumplings x x
